The Vaughan DAC is a digital-to-analog converter with 32 bits /384kHz capability and uses second generation hiFace technology. Vaughan features volume and balance controls, by both an encoder on the front panel, and the remote control. 

Single-ended RCA and balanced XLR outputs are provided for system integration. Several digital inputs are provided including dual-AES (dual mono) capability, plus external clock input and I2S input. 

Vaughan uses 8 D/A IC's (4 per channel in mono mode). Integrated battery supply with battery charger and flexible battery management.
